By using HeyBday, you agree to these Terms.
The service
HeyBday is a birthday reminder service. You add the birthdays you want to remember, and we send you recurring automated text message reminders so you can send a card or message to your friends and family.
SMS messaging program
- Program: HeyBday birthday reminders.
- What you'll receive: Recurring automated text reminders on or around the birthdays you save.
- Message frequency: Varies, based on the number of birthdays you add.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOPat any time to cancel. You'll get one confirmation and then no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP, or email jonathan@datacompany.dev.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent
By entering your phone number on HeyBday, you give express consent to receive recurring automated birthday reminder text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you provide.
Acceptable use
You agree to add only contact information you are permitted to use, and to use HeyBday for personal, non-commercial reminders.
Disclaimer
HeyBday is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee every reminder will be delivered on time, though we do our best.
